Article 1: Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and deliveries of Oskam Buitenleven, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 2: Quotations and prices
All quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days. Price indications from the online configurator are indicative and exclude VAT, installation and delivery; the final price follows in the quotation. Obvious errors or misprints do not bind us.
Article 3: Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed after written or digital approval of the quotation by the client.
Article 4: Delivery and installation
Stated delivery times (usually 4 to 8 weeks) are indicative and not strict deadlines. The client ensures a well-accessible and suitable location. For installation by Oskam Buitenleven an on-site intake is carried out in advance.
Article 5: Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, a down payment applies upon assignment and payment of the remainder upon delivery or completion. The payment term is 14 days after the invoice date. Payment is made to account number NL62 RABO 0341 3305 90 in the name of Oskam Buitenleven.
Article 6: Custom work and withdrawal
Our products are made to measure and according to the client's specifications. Pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to custom-made products.
Article 7: Warranty
We guarantee the soundness of construction and materials. Natural properties of wood, such as colour change, cracking and movement, are excluded from the warranty.
Article 8: Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurance in the case concerned, or to the invoice amount of the assignment concerned.
Article 9: Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
